How is my item shipped?

Crystal Closet provides direct to door shipping via courier fleet services.Once your order is placed we will notify you when your item(s) will ship. Tracking is also provided. You may purchase insurance at your discretion.

Do you accept returns?

Crystal closet allows returns on items that have not been worn, used or stained. If you receive an item that is damaged, not correct in size or has a flaw in the material, we will gladly replace your items once you send back the original product.

Can I gift my item?

If you plan on making a private purchase for a giftm please let us know when completing your checkout. State the nature of to whom and where is should be sent.
